Last night we went for a bike ride and we found a bunch of baby frogs. The red and blue caps are milk jug covers and we put a little bit of water in them. The kids collected as many ants as they could find(notice the ant on the bottom left of the picture next to the frog) and added some grass. They are still alive this morn. all 10 of them. I think we will let them go tonight. Jaden is already sad about that. Wednesday, July 09, 2008

Cool! Can you save them until tomorrow & give them to us?? We're doing a frog theme next week & I could take them off your hands...wonder if I could keep them alive?
we did caterpillars but after awhile I threw them out. now I know why we don't have a pet...too much work. and i'd be the one to do all the work
super cool. for awhile there we could have collected racoons..until they mysteriously disappeared. i love the sound of frogs. fun to see some new pictures here! take care!
